Yoga For Everyone
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to practice with us. We desire to keep our classes small and intimate for a more relaxing atmosphere. Practicing in a smaller studio makes it easier to forge a personal connection with your yoga teacher—and for them to do the same with you. By seeing you regularly in an intimate class setting they will know your strengths and growing edges.
#1: Bring a Yoga Mat.
#2: Come fresh and clean.
#3: Wear Comfortable clothing.
#4: Don’t have a full tummy, wait 2 to 3 hours after for large meals.
#5: Power Down Your Electronics.
#6: Non-comparison and Non-judgment.
#7: Arrive on Time and Stay Until the End.
#8: You must book your class in advance.
#9: Yoga class cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours prior to the beginning of class. If you fail to cancel within this time you will be charged the no show/late cancellation fee of 17.00. Cancellations via email are accepted up to 2 hours prior to the beginning of class.
